The machine(set) is extensively used in pharmaceutical, chemical food and pesticide industries for pulverzing dry brittle materials.

1. The Universal pulverizer may be widely applied in industries, such as medicine, chemical and food,etc., for grinding of dry and fragile materials. Materials with low softening point and big viscosity are not appropriate for this machine.
2. Components of this machine which have contact with materials to be crushed are all made of stainless steel with good anti-corrosive property. The housing is in a full enclosure for the convenience of cleaning. The interior walls are all treated to achieve evenness and smoothness of the surface, thus to ensure production of such materials as medicine, food and chemical in better conformity with the national "GMP" standard.

this machine is a new generation coarse crushing equipment combining crushing and dust collection as a whole.By means of relative motion between movable and fixed fluted discs, material is crushed through impact and friction of teeth and impact among material. The crushed material is entered into the catcher automatically under the effect of rotating centrifugal force, and the dust is filtered and recovered by dust collector through a bag.Designed according to GMP standard and wholly made of stainless steel, this machine has no flying dust during production, and can improve the utilization rate of material and reduce the cost of enterprise, thus reaching the international advanced level.

Working Principles
